We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards and clearance items.
Exchanges
To ensure you get what you want, return the item you originally ordered in new condition and its original packaging, and we will notify you once the return is accepted. RidgeCraft will then provide you with a gift card reflecting your original purchase price for the returned item, which you can apply to your new purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. Once approved, we will initiate your refund on your original payment method, which should reflect on your account within 3-5 days, depending on your payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, as well.

Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll assist you with a return or replacement, and you’ll need to provide photos of the damaged item to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please package your items securely to prevent any damage during the return shipping process. Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the return label.
