Simply browse our website and select the products you'd like to purchase. Once you're ready, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper-right corner, review your items, and proceed to checkout. You'll be asked to enter your shipping and payment information to complete your order. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order details and tracking information.

3. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various denominations. You can purchase them directly on our website. They make a perfect gift for those who love home décor but can't decide on the perfect item.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, so once your order is confirmed, we're unable to make changes or cancellations. However, if you notice an issue right after placing your order, please contact us at info@ridgecraft.shop, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Most orders ship within 2 weeks. Depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, delivery times can vary between 3-7 business days after shipment. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

8. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $75, standard shipping rates apply. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

We take great care in packaging your items, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assist you with a return or replacement, depending on the issue. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item to help us resolve the issue quickly.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
